My experience

I am a bilingual nutrition professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning clinical care, digital health, content development, and community education.
My work is grounded in metabolic health, diabetes and prediabetes management, culturally responsive nutrition communication, and practical, food-based strategies.
These experiences inform my current focus on supporting adults with metabolic health–related goals, with a particular interest in women’s health, including hormonal health, PCOS, and fertility-related nutrition.
I bring a real-food, evidence-based approach focused on translating nutrition science into sustainable, real-world practice across clinical, educational, and applied settings.
