I’m a bilingual nutritionist with nearly a decade of experience across clinical care, digital health, content creation, and community education. My expertise centers on metabolic health, diabetes management, culturally responsive nutrition communication, and recipe development—all of which inform my current focus on supporting women 35+ in their preconception journey with real-food, hormone-aware nutrition.
